Biecz, Lubusz Voivodeship

Biecz ((ドイツ語:Beitzsch; 1937-1945: Beitsch)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brody, within Żary County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately east of Brody, north-west of Żary, and west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see ''Territorial changes of Poland after World War II'').
The village has a population of 252.
